Our mission here at Jaeger Farms is to raise our animals using small-scale farming practices for healthy, happy animals and people. It makes our mission even more worth-while when we are able to team-up with other local farms and producers to create seasonal baskets and cross-sell their products.

As availability for some of these partnership products fluctuates, some of the items or basket combinations shown on this page may not currently be available.
